However, recent developments as reported in the press have convinced this writer that you could do with some gratuitous advice in this area. You may kindly treat this as consultancy that is provided to you absolutely free of charge, purely with the intention of promoting goodwill among men (sorry, I should have said, goodwill among human beings in order to comply with the politically correct fashions prevalent in your country) and helping you take your fine educational system to greater heights.
