Jerry Rao Resigns As EDS Chairman

Bangalore : Jaithirth ( Jerry) Rao, Chairman of EDS Asia Pacific advisory board and founder of MphasiS, has resigned from the company. Rao was the chairman and MD of MphasiS from 2001 to 2006, till it was acquired by EDS. He also lead EDS operations in India from Vice President from 2006.
